Marguerite Tohl
Marguerite is the Director and Principal Consultant of MMT Consultancy Services. She has held Senior Management and Executive positions in the State Government health sector being responsible for a wide range of areas including health and aged care policy development, program planning and implementation as well as inter-government relations.
Marguerite is experienced in strategic, human resource and service planning and development in the health and aged care sectors. The health sector includes, mental health, dementia, community nursing, general practice, alternatives to hospital care, dental health, obstetric shared care, rural health, hospital substitution and diabetes care.
Marguerite has extensive experience in consulting with stakeholders to conduct evaluations, reviews and undertake service planning. She also supports businesses through developing strategic and business plans, performance frameworks and reviewing organisational structures.

Philip Hefferan
Phil is a Research and Consultation Assistant for MMT Consultancy Services. He has over 25 years experience working in health and community services in senior management positions in the South Australian Public Service. He provides assistance in areas such as tendering/contracting, service development, service agreements, MOUs, research and stakeholder consultation.
