OUR COMPANY
MMT Consultancy Services was established in 1999 by Marguerite Tohl in South Australia.  Marguerite is the Director of the Company and has 25 years experience working in the health, community services and aged care sectors across all levels of Government and the non-Government sector in Australia and more recently in Papua New Guinea.   
 
Since 1999, MMT Consultancy Services has conducted a significant number of projects in metropolitan, rural and remote areas both as an independent organisation and in collaboration with other Consultancy firms.

OUR EXPERIENCE 
We have extensive experience in consulting with stakeholders to conduct evaluations, reviews and undertake service planning.  This includes focus groups, public consultations, one on one interviews and conducting surveys.  Stakeholders include, the three levels of Government, service providers in the health, disability and aged care sectors, consumers, carers and the broader community, including Aboriginal people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. 
 
Techniques such as project management, facilitation and specialised communication tools are used to effectively communicate with stakeholders, empower individuals and to keep projects on track.
 
Often we are invited to undertake projects that are particularly sensitive to organisations and the community or are of a political nature because of our effective consultation practices and communication style.
